rich and plentiful breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. good and perfect location close to interstate railway station and easy access to a shopping centre and a market. a lovely welcoming hotel, my first choice in adelaide.

The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location close to gardens and parks. The breakfast was rich and well presented with coffee or tea, chef to poach an egg plus orange juice.

The room was upgraded to include a balcony with a great view. the hotel's central location made it convenient to access restaurants and pubs in the area, like the Elephant & Castle. - the room had a nice shower. - the location was near Adelaide CBD.

The location here was awesome, with shopping malls and a market close by 🛍️. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The room had excellent air conditioning.

The place was overall clean and reliable, had professional staff on an inexperienced receptionist. The standard twin room I had was brand-new. The room design was modern and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was placed in the very central location to free tram that took me to the city centre. It was also very close to the Elephant, and has lots of park nearby.

room was all we could want, staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable during our stay, area was reasonably quiet that is why we opted to stay at the hotel

i agreed to not having the room serviced but it would have been nice to replenish our tea making facilities, also it would be an idea to put in each room a sheet detailing the free tram and bus services within the city and an up to date tv program ours was from January

Very efficient stuff, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING views over park, everything is perfectly fine. Its rooms are great value for money, had a very peaceful stay for business trip.

The staff were caring and the location was perfect. the convenient restaurant, mall, and market nearby were great. the standard twin room was top-notch and good quality. the breakfast had a good variety and check-in was fast. It was convenient to park on the street.

The staff were very disorganized, it appeared that they were trying, but there was a lack of structure and support. Some examples are 1) No soap in the room on arrival 2) Received the wrong meal at the restaurant 3) Drink menu items were unavailable, but staff were not aware until after I ordered 4) Breakfast service was very slow and the staff had to go around the tables asking guests what they ordered to get the right meal to the right person 5) Cleaning staff had to return to the rooms late in the day to finish replacing towels.

I liked being close to the market and restaurants, that was nice.

The room was in a bad state of repair, bathroom was stained and possibly mouldy, furniture was chipped, we opened the door onto a laminated strip hanging across the doorway ( I nearly turned away at this point!), the television was hard to work and we could not access any movies
